User Defined Features: NOTE Access and Creation

Flash Code contains the official notes for ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes

Accessing CODE NOTES is simple:
• Find a code (either diagnosis or treatment)
• Click the [Notes] button (located to the left of the code number)

      -If the button is active, all notes will display automatically (official and user)

      -If the button is inactive, you can choose to make your own notes

Official notes are always present. (you cannot delete them)

Notes you add can be deleted.

Notes you add can be searched - checkmark this feature in "SEARCH OPTIONS"

Notes are also available for the Chapter Headings and Subheadings.
