ALL PREFERENCES can be found and changed by: clicking the OPTIONS link from the Flash Code Banner, then clicking the "Update Preferences" link to view the Preference page

Local Coverage Determinations (medical necessity edits) |

Local Coverage Determinations contain ICD to CPT/HCPCS code pairs that justify medical necessity. The preference setting is based on the carrier number that covers your region. National Coverage Determinations will automatically be displayed along with the LCD information for the region you have selected.
