non-Specific ICD codes

NCCI Unbundling edits

NCD/LCD Medical Necessity edits

 

Or copy the codes for pasting into other work documents.

 

Treatment codes can be sorted in ascending or descending order by CODE or FEE or kept in the order they have been entered.
